Our daughter is leaving our house for university, so we have one (actually two) rooms for rent to a student who want to attend university/college in Southern California.
We are a Canadian couple, and we prefer to rent to Canadians.
Our large house is located in Simi Valley. There is no university within walking/biking distance (except for a small Jewish university), but there are three good universities within reasonable train distance: CLU (California Lutheran), California State-Northridge, and California State: Channel Islands. There are also community college and trade schools nearby.
Renter must be non-smoker, no drugs.
