BROKEN APPLIANCE(S) ? WE HAVE $OLUTION$ (London)

It can be confusing and frustrating to know what way to go when a
machine is malfunctioning... should you call a service technician, or
buy another appliance... then new or used... is there a warranty... and
on it goes.
We have a bunch of appliances ourselves in different locations, so we
know exactly how you feel... and we're going to tell you our strategy
to keep everything working as it should.
Let's take it step by step:
1. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
From experience, we have learned that prevention is the best cure !
Many mechanical failures can be avoided by regular cleaning (for
example, under fridges so that lint accumulation does not hamper its
normal functioning, or inside dryer housing to avoid fire hazards, etc.
A washer pump can cause the machine to not work... as well as other
secondary malfunctions. A quick check during regular maintenance
can prevent these inconveniences at much less cost that when they
cause further damage.
** We can arrange for the Appliance Tech we use to do a maintenance
service call, where several machines can be checked for one low price.
2. SERVICE TO FIX BROKEN MACHINE(S)
If your Fridge / Stove / Washer / Dryer is already non-functioning, it
may be a simple fix... or at least cheaper than cost of its replacement.
Our Service Tech can provide a quick call to diagnose the problem,
suggest repairs if possible (with quotes for parts & labor) or let you
know if repair is not a feasible option (for example, where electronic
parts are cost-prohibitive, etc) Should you wish to proceed with a
repair, a portion of the initial service call will be credited towards
the cost of parts/labor.
If repair is not feasible (or you decide you don't want to invest any
more into that machine), the Tech may be able to provide options
for suitable replacement (used, or in some cases new/out of box etc)
Should you wish to proceed with any of these options, a portion of
the initial service call will be credited towards the new appliance.
3. CREDIT FOR YOUR BROKEN APPLIANCE(S)
While most broken appliances do not have much value (especially
when the broken part is too costly/complicated to repair/replace),
the Tech will give you a basic trade-in allowance towards a new
or used machine. Depending on the unit in question, this may be
the amount you would get from the scrapyard... but at least you
don't have to spend the time & gas to take it there yourself!
4. QUICKEST OPTION: GET A NEW(ER) APPLIANCE
