I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment lease as of April 1st (only 6 months remaining) as I’ll be moving out to BC for work. Also open to May 1st and anytime in between.

Price: $1653/mo (includes utility and one underground parking spot)

Parking: comes with one underground parking spot. Ideal for a couple with one car or for one person with one car as there's no guarantee that second spot will be available.

Floor: 5th floor (Top floor) facing SE direction.

Pets: No pets allowed

Reasons why you should take this deal :)
1. There’s only 6 months remaining on the lease
2. There’s no more Duchamp units available, I just checked with the rental office and the only units they have available are Picasso, which would be $1858/mo for only 120 Sq Ft more than Duchamp. But Picasso will have 2 baths with 2 showers.
3. I signed the lease during a promotional period where underground parking was included in the rent, if you were to sign a new lease today, one underground parking spot would cost you $75/mo.
4. Great location within the building, you’re on the top floor facing SW, away from other surrounding buildings so it’s quiet and you get lots of sun.
